1. Thu thập thông tin:
Chúng tôi thu thập: (a) dữ liệu vị trí (không liên kết với danh tính) để tìm trạm sạc gần bạn; (b) địa chỉ email khi bạn đăng nhập nhận điểm thưởng, cùng mã xác thực OTP để xác minh email; (c) dữ liệu điểm thưởng, lịch sử giao dịch điểm và mã giới thiệu; (d) định danh thiết bị và địa chỉ IP nhằm chống gian lận điểm thưởng, cùng mã thiết bị nhận thông báo đẩy khi bạn bật thông báo cho trạm sạc yêu thích; (e) thông tin hồ sơ do bạn tự nguyện cung cấp, bao gồm họ tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ và các thông tin khác trong trang hồ sơ, nhằm cá nhân hóa trải nghiệm, xác minh thông tin và phục vụ việc gửi quà tặng đến bạn. Việc cung cấp thông tin hồ sơ là không bắt buộc.
2. Sử dụng thông tin:
Thông tin được dùng để cung cấp dịch vụ tìm trạm, xác thực đăng nhập, ghi nhận và đổi điểm thưởng, xử lý chương trình giới thiệu và cải thiện trải nghiệm người dùng.
3. Cookie và đăng nhập:
Chúng tôi dùng cookie để ghi nhớ phiên đăng nhập, mã giới thiệu và bảo vệ chống giả mạo yêu cầu (CSRF). Vị trí không liên kết với danh tính của bạn.
4. Chia sẻ thông tin:
Chúng tôi không bán hay chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân với bên thứ ba, ngoại trừ khi cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ (ví dụ gửi email OTP), để thống kê ẩn danh nhằm cải thiện dịch vụ, hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu; danh sách bên thứ ba cụ thể xem mục 10.
5. Bảo mật thông tin:
Mã OTP được băm trước khi lưu và chỉ có hiệu lực trong thời gian ngắn. Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật phù hợp để bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn.
6. Quyền của người dùng:
Bạn có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân của mình bất cứ lúc nào trong mục Thông tin tài khoản, hoặc liên hệ hi@evcs.vn.
7. Thay đổi chính sách:
Chính sách bảo mật này có thể được cập nhật theo thời gian. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được thông báo trên trang web.

Chúng tôi là bên quyết định mục đích và cách thức xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn khi bạn sử dụng website EVCS.VN và ứng dụng Trạm Sạc EV, theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân số 91/2025/QH15 có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/01/2026.
9. Sự đồng ý và quyền rút lại sự đồng ý:
Mỗi lần bạn đồng ý hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý đều được ghi nhận (thời điểm, phiên bản chính sách và mã kiểm chứng của nguyên văn nội dung bạn đã đọc) để chúng tôi chứng minh được việc xử lý là hợp pháp khi có yêu cầu. Họ tên, số điện thoại và địa chỉ chỉ được lưu sau khi bạn tự tích ô đồng ý tại trang Cập nhật thông tin; bạn có thể rút lại bất cứ lúc nào bằng nút “Rút lại đồng ý và xóa thông tin” ở chính trang đó, hoặc gửi yêu cầu tới hi@evcs.vn. Khi rút lại, ba thông tin này bị xóa khỏi hệ thống; tài khoản, điểm thưởng và trạm sạc yêu thích không bị ảnh hưởng, và việc rút lại không làm mất tính hợp pháp của việc xử lý đã thực hiện trước đó. Một số trường hợp pháp luật cho phép xử lý dữ liệu mà không cần sự đồng ý, ví dụ để thực hiện điều khoản dịch vụ bạn đã giao kết, để bảo vệ tính mạng và sức khỏe trong tình huống khẩn cấp, hoặc khi cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền yêu cầu theo quy định.
10. Bên thứ ba và việc chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài:
Ở mức tối thiểu cần thiết, email của bạn được chia sẻ với Amazon Web Services, Inc. để gửi mã OTP; dữ liệu kỹ thuật như IP và User-Agent được chia sẻ với Cloudflare, Inc. để phân phối nội dung và bảo mật, và với Google LLC để thống kê lượt truy cập ở dạng tổng hợp; mã thiết bị nhận thông báo đẩy được chia sẻ với Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging) để gửi thông báo về trạm sạc yêu thích của bạn; đơn vị vận chuyển khi cần giao phần thưởng vật lý cho chính bạn. Máy chủ lưu dữ liệu tài khoản của chúng tôi đặt tại Việt Nam, nhưng các nhà cung cấp nêu trên vận hành hạ tầng toàn cầu nên một phần dữ liệu kỹ thuật và địa chỉ email có thể được xử lý hoặc trung chuyển ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam; chúng tôi chỉ chọn nhà cung cấp có cam kết bảo mật tương đương và thực hiện thủ tục chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài theo quy định pháp luật. Dữ liệu về trạm sạc lấy từ các đơn vị vận hành trạm là dữ liệu công khai của trạm; chúng tôi không gửi dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho các đơn vị này.
11. Thời gian lưu trữ:
Họ tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ: cho tới khi bạn rút lại sự đồng ý, tự xóa hoặc xóa tài khoản. Mã OTP: băm trước khi lưu, chỉ có hiệu lực trong thời gian ngắn rồi bị xóa. Phiên đăng nhập: tối đa 1 năm hoặc tới khi bạn đăng xuất, phiên hết hạn được dọn tự động hằng ngày. Lịch sử điểm thưởng, đổi quà và giới thiệu: giữ để đối soát nghĩa vụ của chương trình khách hàng thân thiết và tuân thủ quy định về kế toán, kể cả sau khi tài khoản bị xóa. Nhật ký đồng ý: giữ để chứng minh việc xử lý hợp pháp, kể cả sau khi bạn rút lại sự đồng ý hoặc xóa tài khoản. Bản sao lưu định kỳ được nén và xoay vòng theo giờ, ngày, tháng; dữ liệu đã xóa biến mất khỏi bản sao lưu khi vòng lưu tương ứng kết thúc.
12. Quyền của bạn theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân:
Bạn có quyền được biết về hoạt động xử lý dữ liệu của mình; đồng ý hoặc không đồng ý; truy cập, xem và chỉnh sửa; rút lại sự đồng ý; xóa dữ liệu; hạn chế việc xử lý; yêu cầu cung cấp bản sao dữ liệu; phản đối việc xử lý; khiếu nại, tố cáo, khởi kiện; yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại khi có vi phạm; và tự bảo vệ hoặc yêu cầu cơ quan có thẩm quyền bảo vệ quyền của mình. Phần lớn các quyền trên bạn thực hiện ngay tại trang Cập nhật thông tin (xem, sửa, rút lại đồng ý, xóa thông tin, xóa tài khoản); với các yêu cầu khác, gửi email tới hi@evcs.vn từ chính địa chỉ email đăng nhập để chúng tôi xác minh. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 72 giờ kể từ khi nhận được yêu cầu và không thu phí, trừ trường hợp yêu cầu lặp lại quá mức. Nếu chưa hài lòng, bạn có quyền khiếu nại tới cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
13. Dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em:
Dịch vụ của chúng tôi hướng tới người sử dụng xe điện từ đủ 16 tuổi trở lên. Việc xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi chỉ được thực hiện khi có sự đồng ý của cha, mẹ hoặc người giám hộ. Nếu phát hiện đã thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em mà không có sự đồng ý hợp lệ, chúng tôi sẽ ngừng xử lý và xóa dữ liệu đó; vui lòng liên hệ hi@evcs.vn nếu bạn cho rằng con em mình đã cung cấp dữ liệu cho chúng tôi.
14. Xử lý sự cố lộ, mất dữ liệu:
Khi phát hiện dữ liệu cá nhân bị vi phạm, chúng tôi thông báo cho cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền chậm nhất 72 giờ kể từ khi phát hiện, đồng thời thông báo cho bạn khi sự cố có khả năng ảnh hưởng tới quyền và lợi ích của bạn, kèm biện pháp khắc phục.
15. Phiên bản chính sách:
Bản đang áp dụng: 2026-08-21 (từ ngày 21/08/2026). Số phiên bản này được ghi kèm mỗi lần bạn bấm đồng ý, nên bạn luôn tra ngược được mình đã đồng ý với bản nội dung nào. Khi phạm vi bạn đã đồng ý có thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ hiển thị lại bản thông báo và xin sự đồng ý mới trước khi tiếp tục xử lý.
Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect:
We collect: (a) location data (not linked to your identity) to find charging stations near you; (b) your email address when you log in to earn reward points, together with the one-time code used to verify that email; (c) reward point data, point transaction history and referral codes; (d) device identifiers and IP addresses to prevent reward fraud, together with the push notification token when you switch on alerts for your favorite stations; (e) profile details you provide voluntarily, including full name, phone number, address and other fields on the profile page, in order to personalize your experience, verify your details and deliver rewards to you. Providing profile details is optional.
2. How we use information:
The information is used to provide the station-finding service, authenticate logins, record and redeem reward points, run the referral program and improve the user experience.
3. Cookies and login:
We use cookies to remember your login session and referral code, and to protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Location data is not linked to your identity.
4. Sharing information:
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except where necessary to provide the service (for example sending one-time code emails), for anonymous statistics used to improve the service, or where required by law; the specific list of third parties is in section 10.
5. Data security:
One-time codes are hashed before storage and are valid only briefly. We apply appropriate security measures to protect your data.
6. Your rights:
You may access, edit or delete your account and personal data at any time on the Update profile page, or contact hi@evcs.vn.
7. Changes to this policy:
This privacy policy may be updated over time. Any changes will be announced on the website.
8. Personal Data Controller:

We are the party that determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data when you use the EVCS.VN website and the EVCS app, under Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15, in force from 01/01/2026.
9. Consent and withdrawal of consent:
Every time you give or withdraw consent it is recorded (the moment, the policy version and a checksum of the exact text you read) so that we can demonstrate lawful processing on request. Your name, phone number and address are stored only after you tick the consent box yourself on the Update profile page; you may withdraw at any time using the "Withdraw consent and delete data" button on that same page, or by writing to hi@evcs.vn. On withdrawal these three items are deleted from the system; your account, reward points and favorite stations are unaffected, and withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. In some cases the law permits processing without consent, for example to perform the terms of service you have entered into, to protect life and health in an emergency, or where a competent state authority so requires.
10. Third parties and cross-border transfers:
To the minimum extent necessary, your email is shared with Amazon Web Services, Inc. to send one-time codes; technical data such as IP address and User-Agent is shared with Cloudflare, Inc. for content delivery and security, and with Google LLC for aggregate traffic statistics; the push notification token is shared with Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send alerts about your favorite stations; and with a courier where a physical reward must be delivered to you. Our account data servers are located in Vietnam, but the providers above operate global infrastructure, so some technical data and email addresses may be processed or routed outside Vietnam; we select only providers with equivalent security commitments and follow the legal procedure for cross-border data transfers. Charging station data obtained from station operators is public station data; we do not send your personal data to those operators.
11. Retention periods:
Name, phone number, address: until you withdraw consent, delete them yourself, or delete your account. One-time codes: hashed before storage, valid only briefly, then deleted. Login sessions: up to 1 year or until you log out; expired sessions are cleared automatically every day. Reward point, redemption and referral history: retained to reconcile loyalty program obligations and to comply with accounting rules, including after an account is deleted. Consent logs: retained to demonstrate lawful processing, including after you withdraw consent or delete your account. Periodic backups are compressed and rotated hourly, daily and monthly; deleted data disappears from backups when the corresponding rotation ends.
12. Your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law:
You have the right to be informed about how your data is processed; to give or refuse consent; to access, view and edit; to withdraw consent; to delete data; to restrict processing; to request a copy of your data; to object to processing; to lodge complaints, report violations and bring legal action; to claim damages; and to defend yourself or ask a competent authority to defend your rights. You can exercise most of these rights directly on the Update profile page (view, edit, withdraw consent, delete data, delete account); for other requests, email hi@evcs.vn from the address you log in with so that we can verify you. We respond within 72 hours of receiving a request, free of charge, except for excessively repeated requests. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the competent state authority for personal data protection.
13. Children's personal data:
Our service is intended for EV users aged 16 and over. Personal data of children under 16 is processed only with the consent of a parent or guardian. If we find that we have collected a child's data without valid consent, we will stop processing and delete it; please contact hi@evcs.vn if you believe your child has given us data.
14. Handling data breaches:
On discovering a personal data breach we notify the competent state authority within 72 hours of discovery, and also notify you, together with remedial measures, where the incident may affect your rights and interests.
15. Policy version:
Current version: 2026-08-21 (effective 21/08/2026). This version number is recorded each time you tap agree, so you can always trace which text you agreed to. If the scope of your consent changes we will show the notice again and ask for fresh consent before processing continues. This English text is a courtesy translation; the Vietnamese version is the binding one.
